Who we are
CORA Elevate is operated by Coradventure LLC, a business registered in Texas, USA. Our website is coraelevate.com.
Opportunity assessment
The public assessment calculates preliminary recommendations in your browser. Your questionnaire answers are kept in session storage for the current browser tab and are not automatically submitted to CORA Elevate or stored in its lead database. You can reset them using the assessment controls. Browser session and restore settings can affect how long tab data remains available.
You may choose to include the answers in a consultation request. This choice is optional and starts unchecked. If selected, the answers are placed in the consultation form’s message field for you to review, edit, or remove before sending. Seeing assessment results does not require contact information.
Consultation requests
The consultation form collects your name, business name, email address, message, selected language, and consent to respond. We use these details to answer your inquiry and discuss potential services. Any assessment answers or additional contact information you include in the message are handled as part of that inquiry. The form does not enroll you in marketing.
The website sends the inquiry by email to the business inbox. The custom consultation form does not create a separate message archive in the WordPress database. The website does not automatically delete email copies. Messages and provider backups remain subject to deletion, provider policies, and applicable business recordkeeping requirements. You can contact us about information you have provided.
Hosting, security, and providers
We use WordPress and Hostinger hosting, together with email services that deliver inquiry messages. Providers process information needed to operate these services. Server logs may include IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps. The consultation form uses a short-lived hashed IP identifier to limit repeated submissions; that rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes.
The assessment, new service pages, and consultation pages do not load the Hostinger chat and Reach embeds. Other existing pages may load these features, which can involve provider processing, cookies, or similar technical information. Read Hostinger’s privacy policy for its practices. External links and embedded features are also subject to their providers’ policies.
WordPress features and cookies
WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and editing. Login cookies generally last two days, display settings one year, and a remembered login two weeks. A temporary login test cookie ends when the browser closes; an editing cookie expires after one day. Browser settings can control cookies, although disabling them can affect those functions.
If comments or visitor accounts are enabled, submitted profile or comment details and associated technical information may be stored by WordPress. Comment metadata may be retained to recognize follow-up comments, and comments may be checked by spam detection services. If Gravatar is used, an email hash may be supplied to that service; see Automattic’s privacy policy. Account holders may review and edit their profile information, except their username. A requested WordPress password-reset email can include the requesting IP address.
If visitor media uploads are enabled, avoid uploading images containing embedded location information, which other visitors may extract. Embedded third-party content, if added, may collect information and use cookies under its own policy.
Sharing and your requests
Information is handled by the business and providers involved in hosting, email delivery, and website operation, and may be disclosed when required by applicable law. Providers may process information in different jurisdictions under their service arrangements and policies.
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, contact CORA Elevate and identify your request. Enter “Privacy request” in the business-name field if it does not apply to you. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable legal, administrative, and security requirements can limit deletion. Rights and response obligations depend on the laws applicable to your circumstances.
Please share business information only. Do not submit patient records, payment details, or other sensitive information through the assessment or consultation form.
